The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens invites the interest parties to apply for the Master Program entitled “Interventional Radiology” for the academic year 2022-2023. The program focuses on the provision of high level qualification and specialized training in the field of “Interventional Radiology”. The Master Program leads to Master's degree (MSc) in “Interventional Radiology” after successful completion of the studies based on the curriculum. In this link you may download the program call.
Structure
The duration of the programme is two (2) years, including the time required for preparing and supporting the thesis. The program consists of six units referring to:

Unit 1: General subjects in Imaging and Radiation Therapy

Unit 2: Interventional Radiology I- Vascular Interventional Radiology

Unit 3: Interventional Radiology II

Unit 4: Interventional Radiology III- Non-vascular and Interventional Oncology

Unit 5: Clinical practice

Unit 6: Preparation of Diploma Thesis

Unit 7: Clinical practice

Unit 8: Preparation of Diploma Thesis

The official language of this Master Program is Greek. The course attendance is mandatory for the 80% of the teaching hours of each unit. The possibility of part-time study is also provided. Students in this category must have a proven record of working and submitting a work contract or an employer certificate.
